About the Maintainer: 15 Years in Temperature Sensing, and Why This Site Exists

Updated: 2026-10-23 · Anonymous by choice: no name, no company — only things you can verify

No team, no sponsored posts, no miracle adjectives. This site is maintained by one person: 15 years in the temperature sensor industry, and a CCAA-certified ISO 9001 quality-management-system auditor. It exists for one reason — to write down the things that "everybody in the trade knows" but nobody has put on the web, in a form you can verify.

The Four Disciplines of This Site

DisciplineHow it works here
Every standard verifiedGB/T, JJG and IEC references are checked one by one against official systems for the current version — never written from memory
Market figures always carry their scopeEvery market-size citation comes with its scope boundary and base year — different reports can differ by 4×, and mixing scopes is misleading
Public self-correctionSee the retraction record below
Tools stay freeThe thermocouple selector and the procurement checklist (Excel) cost nothing and require no sign-up
One retraction on record (Oct 2026). This site once published an article interpreting a verification regulation, and a reader pointed out that the regulation number in it was wrong. We checked the official metrology system item by item, confirmed the number does not exist, deleted the entire article, corrected 10+ references across the site, and added the verified replacement regulation to the library. It is a small thing — but we write it here so you can judge how this site treats its own mistakes.

Supplier Verification for Overseas Buyers

The 15 years of industry work and the ISO 9001 auditor credential combine into one service aimed at overseas procurement teams: verifying a Chinese temperature-sensor / thermocouple factory before you wire the prepayment. Remote desktop verification (from RMB 700), live video audits, and a bilingual scorecard report whose conclusion is one of three words: GO / CAUTION / NO-GO. Clients are primarily overseas.
