Supplier Verification for Temperature-Sensor Sourcing in China

Remote audits & live video factory checks · Conducted in Chinese and English · Updated: 2026-10-06

Who this is for

You are buying temperature sensors, thermocouples, RTDs, compensation cable or cryogenic wiring from a Chinese factory — for quantum hardware, industrial process control, energy storage, or export projects. The catalog looks great, the quotation is sharp, and the certificates are attached. What you cannot verify from abroad is whether any of it holds up: whether the "factory" is a real manufacturer or a trading office, whether the ISO 9001 and calibration certificates are current and actually issued to this legal entity, and whether the production line matches the photos.

The free part: ask these ten questions first

Start with the millikelvin thermometry checklist if you are buying cryogenic thermometry — or, for general industrial sensors, demand at minimum: the calibration traceability chain, full curve with uncertainty budget, thermal-cycling drift data, and measured self-heating at recommended excitation. Any vendor who answers those four cleanly is worth a closer look.

The paid part: three tiers

TierWhat happensYou receive
1. Remote desktop verification
from RMB 700 (≈ US$100)
Business license and registration checks, export-record verification, certificate validity (ISO 9001, product certifications), domain and contact-footprint consistencyA written summary of what checks out, what doesn't, and what it implies
2. Live video auditA scheduled video walk-through of the production floor — your questions asked on-site in Chinese, in real time, recorded end-to-endFull video recording plus a transcript of every question and answer
3. Bilingual scorecard reportTiers 1–2 combined with a structured quality-system scorecard across manufacturing, metrology, traceability and deliveryA bilingual (Chinese/English) report ending in one unambiguous verdict: GO / CAUTION / NO-GO

Why this is credible

The person on the call is not a freelance "inspector." Fifteen years inside the temperature-sensor industry — manufacturing, quality systems and trade — and a current CCAA certification as an ISO 9001 quality-management-system auditor. Auditing suppliers is the day job; the checklist above is the working document, not marketing copy.

How it works

  1. Email your supplier list, what you're buying, and what worries you (certificates? capacity? authenticity?).
  2. You receive a scope, a quote, and a timeline — typically the desktop verification starts within days.
  3. For video audits, we schedule a session with the factory; you can join live or watch the recording.
  4. You get the report, and the verdict is a decision, not a shrug.

Start with an email

Write to 410828397@qq.com with your supplier name(s) and scope. Chinese or English both work — replies in English.

Boundaries, stated plainly

This is a verification and audit service — it does not include product certification, lab testing, or legal representation. Findings are based on documents, records and live observation at the time of the audit; they are a professional opinion, not a warranty. Technical values referenced in related articles reflect standard industry practice and should be checked against your own specifications.
